Section 21 - Order Confirmation
As soon as an order is placed, the customer will receive an order confirmation email. This means Capital Floorings has received the order and pre-authorized the payment method for the purchase.
After receiving an order, Capital Floorings may contact suppliers to confirm that the item is in stock and available for shipment. If the item is backordered or unavailable, Capital Floorings may void the pre-authorization and contact the customer by email.
If the item is available for shipment within the expected processing time, Capital Floorings will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
